Here’s the deal: just because your experience runs great on a PC doesn’t mean the Quest will love it too. Remember—your PC is a beast, the Quest is a clever little mobile device. They don’t exactly lift the same weights.
Some common Quest deal-breakers:
• Giant 4K textures everywhere (do you really need those on Quest?).
• Way too many polygons (aim for ~2 million, not a billion).
• Large number of object (static objects should be merged to reduce Quest computation).
